Online gambling in Saskatchewan
Online, PlayNow.com, run by SIGA, is the single legal gambling site in Saskatchewan, and a private online casino has no way to obtain a licence here. This page sets out the rules, what the province and its casinos say, and where this site's paid links stand.

The rule
PlayNow.com is the one legal online gambling site in Saskatchewan, and SIGA operates it. It launched in the province on November 3, 2022, as the first legal online gaming platform here. The minimum age for players is 19, the legal gambling age for adults under Saskatchewan's Alcohol and Gaming Regulation Act, 1997.
Online gaming entered the Gaming Framework Agreement in September 2021. That covers casino games and single-event sports betting. The province and the FSIN lengthened SIGA's online exclusivity until September 2029, in a decision dated August 31, 2026.
A private online casino has no path to a licence in Saskatchewan. Online gaming in the province is exclusive to SIGA through PlayNow.com.
What the province and casinos say
A Government of Saskatchewan release of August 31, 2026 says PlayNow competes with illegal platforms. SLGA, the provincial regulator, sets out the legal basis. The Criminal Code makes every form of gaming illegal unless a government licenses or operates it.
SaskGaming runs Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw as a wholly-owned subsidiary of LGS. It says neither casino has an online platform or app, and it names PlayNow.com as the one legal gaming website. It also warns of fake online ads and apps that use the casinos' names.
Where this site's Ad links stand
As a guide rather than a casino, this site accepts no wagers. Paid links bearing the Ad mark sit on the home page: a menu button, one beneath the first screen and one toward the bottom. Each of the three points to one online casino partner. A commission is earned by the site, and the partner may be replaced. Inner pages hold no paid links, and this page is one of them.
The partner in question is a privately owned online casino. It is not PlayNow, nor does the province of Saskatchewan operate or license it. It has no connection with SIGA, SaskGaming, LGS, SLGA or any casino in this guide. Game Break and SIGA Voluntary Self-Exclusion do not cover it.
Questions, side by side
Which online gambling site is legal in Saskatchewan?
The legal site is PlayNow.com, operated by SIGA. Players aged 19 and older can use it, and no other online gambling site in the province is legal.
Does Game Break cover the site behind this guide's Ad links?
Game Break does not cover it. For a period of 6 months to 5 years, Game Break applies to the province's casinos and to PlayNow.com. SIGA Voluntary Self-Exclusion does not cover that private site either.
Does this site take bets?
This site takes no bets. This guide to the casinos of Saskatchewan is independent and has no accounts.
