Saskatchewan's casinos are covered by this independent guide, which is not a casino; paid links, marked Ad, sit on its home page.
One or two for the trip
Saskatchewan's nine permanent casinos are far apart, so a trip usually means choosing one or two. Keep or skip each card, and the kept ones stand side by side with their differences marked, never ranked.

The stack is through: shuffle to go again, or read the kept cards side by side below.
Each kept card becomes a column, set side by side with the others. Rows where the casinos differ are marked, and rows where they agree are dimmed. The rows cover floor hours, days with live tables, poker, a hotel, RV parking, shows, food and who runs each casino. Distance can be added as an optional row. Each figure is a straight line, not a driving distance, to Prince Albert, Regina City Hall or Saskatoon City Hall.
The list stays in this browser and is never sent anywhere. A share link carries it after the # sign, a part of the address that browsers do not send to the server.
Keep two or more cards and they will stand side by side here, with the rows where they differ marked.
Two of the nine, Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw, are run by SaskGaming, which Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan wholly owns. SIGA operates the remaining seven; the initials stand for Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority.
Dakota Dunes Casino is near Saskatoon, Northern Lights Casino in Prince Albert and Gold Eagle Casino in North Battleford. Painted Hand Casino is in Yorkton and Living Sky Casino in Swift Current. Bear Claw Casino & Hotel stands on White Bear First Nations near Carlyle, and Gold Horse Casino in Lloydminster.

Five casinos publish live-table hours: Dakota Dunes Casino, Gold Eagle Casino, Gold Horse Casino, Living Sky Casino and Northern Lights Casino. Casino Regina gives hours for its Poker Room only. If Sunday tables matter, they start at 12 PM at Dakota Dunes and in Casino Regina's Poker Room, and at 4 PM at Gold Horse. Gold Eagle and Living Sky follow at 5 PM, Northern Lights at 6 PM. The Days with Live Tables page lays out each published week.
A hotel stands on the property at two casinos: Bear Claw Casino & Hotel, with 35 rooms, and Dakota Dunes. Casino Moose Jaw is joined by pedway to the Temple Gardens hotel next door. All seven SIGA casinos take RVs, on different terms: Dakota Dunes has ten stalls with power, and Gold Horse gives 3-day permits without power. Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw publish nothing about RVs.
Shows are listed at five casinos: Casino Regina's Show Lounge, Dakota Dunes, Painted Hand Casino, Living Sky and Gold Horse. Bear Claw listed none when checked. Three casinos stay open around the clock for part of the week: Casino Regina, Dakota Dunes and Northern Lights. Bear Claw closes at 12 AM every day, and the others between 2 AM and 4 AM.
Gambling in Saskatchewan is legal from age 19, a limit set by The Alcohol and Gaming Regulation Act, 1997. Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw make ID compulsory and can request government-issued ID at any time. None of the seven SIGA casinos pays winnings to a person under 19, who counts there as a prohibited individual. That rule dates from June 30, 2016.
Northern Lights Casino adds a step at the entrance. From February 15, 2024, each guest presents a SIGA Rewards card to Security, then registers at a kiosk. Anyone without a card signs up at the desk. Backpacks and duffle bags are banned at Casino Regina, and no devices are permitted in the Touch Bet pits or at table games.
SIGA runs PlayNow.com, the one legal online gambling site in Saskatchewan. Players must be 19 or older. The province and the FSIN agreed on August 31, 2026, to extend SIGA's online exclusivity to September 2029. The province describes the platforms PlayNow competes with as illegal.
SaskGaming warns of fake online ads and apps that use the names of Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw. Neither casino has an online platform or app.
Paid links exist on a single page of this guide, the home page, where each one carries an Ad label. They point to a privately owned online casino, separate from PlayNow, which the government of Saskatchewan does not operate or license. Game Break and SIGA Voluntary Self-Exclusion do not cover it. The site collects a commission, and the partner could be replaced. More detail is on the page Online gambling facts for Saskatchewan.
Dakota Dunes Casino starts its live tables at 12 PM and Gold Horse Casino at 4 PM. Gold Eagle Casino and Living Sky Casino start at 5 PM, Northern Lights Casino at 6 PM. Sunday hours for Casino Regina's Poker Room begin at 12 PM; for holiday hours, check each casino's own site.
Two do: Bear Claw Casino & Hotel, with 35 rooms, and Dakota Dunes Casino, where the Whitecap Dakota Nation's resort has 155 rooms and suites. Casino Moose Jaw is joined by a pedway to the Temple Gardens hotel next door.
No, it is kept only in your own browser and never sent anywhere. A shared shortlist travels in the part of the address after the # sign, which browsers do not send to the server.
From February 15, 2024, each guest presents a SIGA Rewards card to Security at the entrance, then registers at a kiosk. People without a card can get one at the desk.
No. The guide stands on its own: no wagers are placed here and no player accounts exist. The home page holds paid links to an online casino partner, each marked Ad, and those links earn the site a commission. Inner pages carry no paid links.
