The evening, by the clock

All times are Saskatchewan time. Casino Regina keeps its floor open from 9 AM to 4 AM Monday to Thursday, and round the clock on Friday and Saturday. The casino's pages disagree on Sunday hours, so no Sunday floor time is given in this guide. Hours running after midnight are counted with their starting day; for holiday hours, check the casino's own site.

Slot machines number over 600, with stakes between 1 cent and $5. There are more than 20 live tables: 7 blackjack, 3 roulette, baccarat, Three Card Poker, Chase the Flush and 8 poker tables.

The Poker Room opens at 12 PM, closing at 4 AM Sunday to Thursday and 6 AM on Friday and Saturday. Limit stakes range from $1-$2 up to $100-$200; No Limit goes from $1-$2 to $10-$25.

A room, the RV, shows and food

Casino Regina has no hotel of its own. Members of the Players Club receive discounts at partner hotels downtown: Delta, DoubleTree and Wingate. Nothing on parking or RVs appears on the pages read for this guide.

Over 200 events a year take place in the Show Lounge, each one 19+. It seats 716 for seated shows and holds 900 for general admission.

Union Station Restaurant + Bar opens Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 10:30 PM and Friday 9 AM to 1 AM. Saturday runs 8 AM to 1 AM and Sunday 8 AM to 10:30 PM, with a brunch buffet from 11 AM to 2 PM. Reservations are taken at 306-781-7000. Crossroads, found in the west gaming area, serves from 9 AM to 2 AM Sunday to Thursday, and around the clock on Friday and Saturday. Its kitchen runs 11:30 AM to 2 AM.

Next to the other eight

Round-the-clock hours on Friday and Saturday put Casino Regina with Dakota Dunes Casino and Northern Lights Casino. For live tables, it publishes hours for its Poker Room only, and that room lists Sunday from 12 PM. Shows are listed here and at four others: Dakota Dunes, Painted Hand Casino, Living Sky Casino and Gold Horse Casino.

For a room, look to a partner hotel: Casino Regina runs none of its own, and Players Club members receive discounts at downtown hotels. Bear Claw Casino & Hotel and Dakota Dunes have hotels on the property. RV parking goes unmentioned here, as at Casino Moose Jaw, while all seven SIGA casinos take RVs.
